WALK
Tuesday, April 21, 09:30 AM, Pollina River

A transformative journey connecting youth activism with the Rights of Nature. We will travel from Palermo to the Pollina River to learn from Rewilding Sicily about local river restoration and the legal personhood of water.

This event will explore participative democracy methods used to enhance political participation of youth. It will conclude the Speak Out project, by showcasing how young people can promote a more democratic approach to our institutions and to non-formal politics. At the same time, this event also marks the continuation of the process with the launch of Rivers of Democracy, a project promoting new relationships with rivers across Europe through artistic interventions and democratic engagement.
