E se…? Space and food as commons reflects on cooking as an intertwining of shared relationships between land and sea. It is a collective practice aimed at reclaiming places and connections while imagining ecological futures. Starting from salt, a meal collectively cooked and eaten becomes an act of creation, resurgence, and memory. Each course tells the story of a landscape and, through a journey across different forms of salt, opens political and symbolic reflections on food, the Mediterranean, and the environment. The project takes art outside museum spaces, inviting people to touch and eat it, turning conviviality into a performative act of care for cities and ecosystems.
