Learning from What Has Been Excluded: Conversations on the Relationship between Performing Arts and Pedagogy
Starting from the book Performance + Pedagogy (edited by Roberta Bernasconi, Giulia Crisci, Alessandro Tollari, Luca Sossella Editore 2025), we will discuss the multifaceted relationship between art and education and how this opens spaces to generate, transmit, and experiment with other, often minority, knowledge.
The writings collected in the volume reconstruct some of the experiences of a very intense period, in which art becomes a laboratory of alternative pedagogies: a making and unmaking of school, university, museum, and public space, to experiment with other ways of learning and living together.
