The Living Lab, organised by EStà in collaboration with the Heinrich Böll Stiftung Paris, is based on the comparative report ‘Three different models of food poverty intervention: Italy, France, Germany’. The Lab brings together institutions, researchers, the third sector and local organisations to tackle food inequalities in the Mediterranean context. The aim is to share local experiences and co-design innovative models for fairer and more inclusive food systems
